The AZB in Butzon & Bercker GmbH (hereinafter referred to as AZB) executes all orders on the basis of its General Terms and Conditions (GTC) valid at the time of the order.
(1) When placing an order, you are entering into a contract with AZB in Butzon & Bercker GmbH.
(2) The presentation and advertising of the products does not constitute an offer to conclude a purchase contract, but merely an invitation to the purchaser to order them.
(3) By placing an order, the purchaser makes a legally binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
(4) The purchase agreement is only concluded upon acceptance of the order or delivery of the ordered goods. You will receive the acceptance or delivery within 5 working days. If you have chosen PayPal or credit card as your payment method, the agreement is concluded at the time you confirm the payment instruction to PayPal or the credit card company.
(5) AZB reserves the right to refrain from fulfilling the customer’s order if the ordered title is not in stock, the out-of-stock title is no longer available from the publisher, and the ordered goods are therefore unavailable. In this case, the customer will be informed immediately of the unavailability, and any purchase price already paid will be refunded immediately.
(1) Delivery will be made from the AZB warehouse to the delivery address specified by the customer. Delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.
(2) For orders from customers with a residential or business address abroad, or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a risk of non-payment, AZB reserves the right to deliver only after receipt of the purchase price plus shipping costs (prepayment requirement). If AZB exercises this right to prepayment, the customer will be informed immediately.
AZB retains ownership of the goods delivered to the customer until the purchase price has been paid in full. Ownership of the goods only transfers to the customer upon full payment of the purchase price.
(1) All prices quoted in the advertisement are gross prices including statutory VAT and are subject to additional shipping costs.
(2) The invoice is payable without deduction upon the due date.
Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout. Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping option and the destination country.
AZB is liable for material defects or defects of title in delivered goods in accordance with applicable statutory provisions, in particular Sections 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB). The limitation period for statutory warranty claims is two years from delivery of the ordered goods for consumers.
The personal data (e.g., name, address, delivery address, order item) provided by the customer will only be processed for order fulfillment. This data will only be shared with the service provider commissioned to handle delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods.
The customer’s personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so or the customer expressly consents to the disclosure in advance. Insofar as third-party services are used for the execution and processing of data, the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act will be observed.
The relationship between the contracting parties is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded. Only if the customer is not a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) is the exclusive place of jurisdiction Kevelaer.

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and do not participate in such proceedings.
